Review by hotel critic
The room was comfortable, with a functional air conditioning system, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities like organic toiletries and coffee packets. the hotel's location was ideal, just a block away from Alameda Central and close to the vibrant Zocalo, offering a lively atmosphere at night. the staff, while mostly friendly, could have been more proactive in addressing requests. the food was overpriced and lacked flavor, leading to regrets about not staying at my usual hotel. On the positive side, the bed was large and incredibly comfortable, the housekeeping service was excellent, and the availability of drinking water near the elevator was a thoughtful touch. the hotel's retro chic style and eco-friendly approach added to its appeal, and the rooftop terrace provided stunning views of Mexico City. In conclusion, Hotel Fontan Reforma Centro Historico offers a convenient location near popular attractions and a focus on guest comfort.
